House Painting In Eden Prairie, Edina, Minnetonka, Prior Lake, Lakeville, Apple Valley, & More
A quality exterior paint job seals and protects your home from moisture and mildew, rot, cracking, and other damaging effects of the rain, wind, sun, and snow. Quality paints are designed to protect and seal.
You Name It, We'll Paint It
Every exterior item we paint is power-washed or washed. In order for paint to properly adhere to a surface, the surface must be clean and free from dust, dirt, or grease. Additionally, the PH level of the surface must be in the correct range for the specific material being painted!
A wood surface must be free from chipping or flaking. The painting surface must be uniform for the best results. After power-washing, wood surfaces might need to be scraped and sanded depending on how old the wood is!
Most staining products add color and moisture protection. In general, the more opaque a product is, the more durable and long-lasting it is. Stains come in all colors, finishes, and varieties, so be sure to ask about our options. We highly recommend staining decks, rather than painting them!
Some situations require areas to be completely stripped, sanded, and restored. For example, old weathered doors, or moving from a solid stained deck to a more natural wood finish!
Masonry and concrete can benefit from masonry-specific paint products. These paints, while still latex, will allow for better breathability, moisture protection, and adhesion. We use the right primers and paints for the job!
One-size does not fit all. We believe in being as transparent as possible in our consultations, processes, and materials. We believe we can formulate the best option using various materials depending on the budget!
